We encourage you to read our return policy carefully. By placing an order on our website, you automatically agree to the terms below. No exceptions will be made.


📦 Returns


1. Timeframe

You may return a product within 14 days of receiving it.

After this period, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.


2. Product condition

The product must be:

 

  • Unused and unopened

  • In its original packaging

  • Clean, especially for hygiene-related items

 


3. Non-returnable items

For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

 

  • Underwear

  • Lingerie

  • Tights

  • Certain health-related products

 


4. How to request a return

Before sending back an item, please email us at:

  • Your order number

  • Reason for return

  • A photo of the item (if damaged or defective)

  • Your contact details

 


⚠️ Important: We only accept returns that have been pre-approved via email.

We have only one return address in China. Returns sent to any other address are invalid and not eligible for a refund.


5. Return shipping

 

  • Return costs are paid by the customer (approx. €20)

  • The customer assumes full responsibility and risk during return shipping

  • We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service

 


6. Tracking code required

A tracking code is mandatory. Without it, we cannot process your refund as we cannot confirm receipt at our warehouse.

Procedure

Once we have received and inspected your return:

 

  • You will receive an email notifying you of approval or rejection

  • If approved, your refund will be processed via your original payment method within 30 days

 


Haven’t received your refund?

If you haven’t received your refund after 30 days:

 

  • Check your bank account again

  • Contact your bank or credit card provider

❗️ Exceptions

 

  • Defective products: If you receive a defective item, we will send you a new one at no extra cost.

  • Cancellations: Orders cannot be cancelled once placed, as processing is automatic.
